Really, u loose on epic cyberware if u punch Fingers? tried that, that cyberware is shit. If u punched him - don't worry folks, u not really loosing much.
Edit: and by "much" I mean you loose an opportunity to find out how bad the epic legs cyberware are.

1. But in all endings there's hope for V's survival, not only the Devil one. If u go with Panam she says she knows someone who can help you. If you go for Path of Glory - Mr Blue Eyes says that he'll help you if u do a job for him (The Crystal Palace). So yeah, I'd say the devil ending - is the worst, u giving up yourself and the right to be yourself to the corpos and hope for there good will. Which is f stupid and we all know that. Ever heard of empathy from corporations? me neither

i thought of playing through as a total dick. by the end every one will be pissed at me. but I can't do it, I'm not that way in real life, and would make me feel shitty.

One issue a lot of games with choice have.. is that many (sometimes near all) "bad" decisions don't add anything, they only remove. You don't unlock new paths, you just withhold content. So the options are "do you want more content or do you want to remove content". I really wish more "negative" choices had additional / alternate branches. Sometimes being an asshole or the bad guy can be fun.. but not as much when it cuts out big parts of the game and adds nothing in return..

I remember my first playthrough it was glorious. Until the ending that is. Thought when Johnny was talking about taking matters into my own hands he was recommending a Don't Fear the Reaper type plan. Ended up not reloading a save once I realized my mistake since I decided not to do that this run and was heart broken for over a year after. Checked the save file date and it was around a year and a half before I touched the game again. I sat there tears in my eyes as all the voice mails played and made myself listen to them knowing I fucked up. The anime did the same thing to me all over again with it's ending and I came back to this game that could actually make me feel such strong emotions. Such an amazing game that many wont play due to the terrible launch.

This game is one of the best I've ever played. It gives me the same cathartic feelings and intense suspense I got from games like prey, mass effect, and dishonored, except better. The immersion is intense in this game.

Finally did the Devil ending for the first and only time today. They do a damn good job of showing you how badly you fucked up - even with Takemura there, it feels so bleak. Safe to say I’m glad I was only planning on doing it the one time.

Saving Takemura can give you a nice achievement in the end of the game, however in all the endings except "The Devil" he will curse you ("Rot in hell") and the friendship is gone for good. After all, the truth is he only cares about Arasaka, so in my opinion is not a bad decision let the guy to be killed after all.....

It has been a while since I last played Cyberpunk, but early on after meeting Takemura at the restaurant in Act 2 and before the meeting at the dockside with the bodyguard, you find an NPC, once again due to time I have forgotten where, who tells you Takemura looks like a Japanese comedian with a certain punchline and you can use this in conversations with Takemura to make some fun of him. Found that by accident but it was rather funny I thought. Also not positive but if you do not find the NPC I think, but could be wrong, that there is a flyer or poster on a wall that will accomplish the same thing.

I see leaving takemura to die as a good decision for all the other endings outside of the devil ending to avoid the awkward mad call he has with you, he's not a friend and he still doesnt care abour our characters intrest. We're simply a means to an end for him.
